Affiliated Writer Plugin Terms

Welcome to Affiliated Writer. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (affiliatedwriter.com) and the "Affiliated Writer" WordPress plugin.

1. License to Use

Grant of License: Upon purchase, Affiliated Writer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on your WordPress website(s).

License Duration: The license is valid for the duration specified in your plan. Access to updates and support is contingent on an active paid license.

2. Credit System and API Usage

Our Plugin operates on a hybrid model:

  • Free Credit Bonus: Provided for use with our built-in processing system. Unused credits expire when the license term ends.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Allows you to use personal API keys (DeepSeek, OpenAI, etc.).
Bring Your Own Key Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all costs incurred with your chosen AI provider.

3. Account and License Security

You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination.

4. Restrictions on Use

  • No sublicensing or distributing the Plugin code.
  • No reverse-engineering or source code discovery.
  • No illegal, hateful, or defamatory content generation.

5. Support and Updates

Technical support is via support@affiliatedwriter.com. Updates are automatic for active licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free performance or specific income results.

ZonKey AI Extension Terms

1. Extension Usage & Data

ZonKey AI is a browser extension for Amazon research. It scans publicly available Amazon data to provide analytics. We do not track personal browsing history outside of Amazon domains.

2. AI Analysis Limitation

"Opportunity Scores" and "Keyword Suggestions" are algorithmic estimates. Affiliated Writer is not responsible for product stocking or investment decisions based on this data.

3. Account Syncing

For combined licenses, credit usage is synced. Violating policies in one product may lead to suspension across all related AI tools under your account.
